IEEE EMBS International Student Conferences

The 2014 EMBS Internaional Student Conferences (ISCs) have been announced! These conferences offer an opportunity for student delegates to meet like minded students in their region, to get together to discuss ideas, present their work and exchange views.

NIBIB Deputy Director Search

The National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB) will soon begin a formal national search for exceptional candidates for the position of Deputy Director. Minimum qualifications are having either an MD, PhD or MD/PhD degree with a background in scientific research or research administration. Familiarity with the life sciences, the quantitative sciences, and trans-disciplinary science is helpful.

Scholarships are often available for students wishing to attend.
