The updated EMBS Constitution and Bylaws have been finalized by AdCom and approved by IEEE Technical Activities on 7 March 2024.
The IEEE Constitution and Bylaws were adopted by the IEEE Board of Directors 8 January 1963 and incorporating subsequent revisions through 24 June 2024.
