Zhongming Liu

Zhongming Liu is an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Zhejiang University in China, Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and postdoctoral training in magnetic resonance imaging and neural engineering at the National Institutes of Health. His primary expertise and interest is in developing and combining advanced techniques for imaging, recording, stimulating and modeling the brain to accelerate progress in neuroscience and artificial intelligence.
