Dongping Wu received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Microelectronics and Information Technology, Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden, in 2004. He is currently a Professor with the School of Microelectronics, Fudan University, Shanghai, China. His research interest includes nanoscale semiconductor devices, semiconductor sensors, and bioelectronics.
