BioCAS 2019 is a premier international forum for presenting the interdisciplinary research and development activities at the crossroads of medicine, life sciences, physical sciences and engineering that shape tomorrow’s medical devices and healthcare systems. The three-day single-track program for BioCAS 2019 will occur October 17-19, 2019 in Nara, Japan. The deadline for Regular Paper Submissions has been EXTENDED to June 24, 2019.

There are a few models of robotic pets available, most of which come from Japan. The most well-known is PARO a soft seal robot developed by Japan’s AIST. PARO was specifically designed for therapeutic uses with the elderly. #IEEEPULSE
