This Mini-Symposium focuses on system identification, parameter estimation, and state observer design towards clinical applications. The spirit of this Mini-Symposium is to bring together engineers and researchers working on the design or implementation of an algorithm, methodology, or process to facilitate estimating of hard-to-measure variables, or physical/geometrical parameters, in order to enhance a medical diagnosis or therapy.
