VANDANA TOMAR received the B.Tech. degree in electronics from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak, India, in 2011, and the M.Tech. degree in remote sensing from Banasthali Vidyapith, Tonk, India. She is currently a Senior Research Officer with the Haryana Institute of Public Administration, Gurgaon, India. She has presented several papers in national and international conferences, and authored articles in NESA Newsletter.
