Richard Bults holds an MSc (cum laude) in Telematics and a BSc in Technical Computer Science. He is an experienced (15 years) researcher in the Telemedicine group of the Bio Signals and Systems chair at the University of Twente, the Netherlands. His research interests are requirements elicitation methods and techniques for telemedicine systems design, and quality of clinical data effects on clinical guidelines for teletreatment. He is a co-author of 45 reviewed telemedicine publications.
