Philip Moore received the B.Sc. (Hons), M.Sc., and D.Eng. degrees (Ph.D) by the Graduate School of Engineering at Fukuoka Institute of Technology, Japan. His research interests focus on intelligent context-aware systems in a range of domains including e-Healthcare and e-Learning systems. His work has been presented in international conferences and has been published in international computer science conference proceedings, journals, and books. He has served as a reviewer and a member of international program committees for international conferences and journals.
