Melanie G. Urbanchek
Melanie G. Urbanchek (M’13) received the B.S. degree from Ohio University, Athens, OH, USA, the M.S. degree from California State University, Fullerton, CA, USA, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. She has authored numerous scientific journal articles and has presented her work nationally. Her achievements include developing younger investigators by teaching skills which support a career in clinical medicine with academic research. Dr. Urbanchek is an active member of several national specialty societies including the American Society of Peripheral Nerve, Plastic Surgery Research Council, the American College for Sports Medicine, and Sigma Xi Scientific Honorary Society.
