Maurizio Ventre (firstname.lastname@example.org) is a materials engineer. He received his Ph.D. degree in chemical and materials engineering from the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in 2006. He is currently an assistant professor of artificial organs in the Department of Chemical, Materials, and Industrial Production Engineering at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. His research activities are focused on cell–material interactions and mechanotransduction.
