Letian Wang was born in Yan’an, China, in 1984. He received the B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai,China, in 2007, and the M.Sc. degree in systems and control engineering from Delft University of Technology, Delft, the Netherlands, in 2009. He is working toward the Ph.D. degree at University of Twente, Enschede, the Netherlands. His current research interests include robot control-system design, bipedal locomotion generation, and human-in-the-loop simulations.
