Kiyoshi Eguchi received the B. Medicine degree and the Ph.D. degree in medical science from University of Tsukuba, Japan in 1982 and 1993, respectively. From 1989 he has been a board certified specialist of the Japanese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine. From 1993 to 2000, he was as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, Saitama Medical School, Japan. He was until his death an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and the director of the University Hospital’s Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, University of Tsukuba, Japan.
