Kara Pepe is Director of Industry and Government Relations in the Center for Complex Systems and Enterprises within the School of Systems and Enterprises at Stevens Institute of Technology. She received her BE in Engineering Management and ME in Systems Engineering from Stevens and is currently a PhD student. Her research focuses on population health in general and opioid abuse in particular. She is a member of SWE, ASEM, and INCOSE. Kara volunteers with Geeks Rule, an organization that promotes the study and engagement with STEM among underserved youth in New York City.
