Johnathan A. N. Fisher

Jonathan A. N. Fisher was born in New York City in 1978. He received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in physics from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA, in 2000 and 2007, respectively. He performed postdoctoral research in neuroscience at The Rockefeller University, New York, NY, USA, from 2007 to 2013. From 2013 to 2014, he was an ORISE Faculty Fellow at the Center for Devices and Radiological Health, Division of Biomedical Physics, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Silver Spring, MD, USA, where he remains a Scholar-in-Residence. He is currently an Assistant Professor of physiology at New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY, USA. Prof. Fisher is a member of the Society for Neuroscience, the International Society for Optics and Photonics (SPIE), the New York Academy of Sciences, and the Association for Research in Otolaryngology (ARO). His awards include the Blavatnik Award for Young Scientists.
