Hisayuki Osanaiwas born in Japan. He received theB.E. degree in2013 and theMaster of Information Science and Technology in 2015 from Hokkaido University, Hokkaido, Japan. Since April 2015, he has been pursuing thePh.D. degree at Hokkaido University. His current research interests include neuroscience, neuroengineering, and technical development in the field of neuroscience. He is a member of the Society for Neuroscience and the Physiological Society of Japan.
