Friso Hagman was born in Heino, The Netherlands, in 1974. He received the M.S. degree in applied mathematics, the P.D.Eng. degree, and the Ph.D. degree in applied mathematics from Eindhoven University of Technology, Eindhoven, The Netherlands, in 1998, 2001, and 2005, respectively. His research is in the field of sport, posture, and gait biomechanics. At present he is CEO of RSscan International, a manufacture of plantar pressure devices and services on the Board of Directors of five companies.
