Francis Minhthang Bui
Francis Minhthang Bui (S’99–M’08) received the B.A. (Hons.) degree in French language and the B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in electrical engineering from the University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, Canada, in 2001, and the M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto, Toronto, ON, Canada, in 2003 and 2009, respectively. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering with the University of Saskatchewan, Saskatoon, SK, Canada. His research interests include information processing and optimization, with applications in communications and biomedical engineering.
