David Looney received the B.Eng. degree in electronic engineering from University College Dublin, Dublin, Ireland, and the Ph.D. degree in signal processing from Imperial College London, London, U.K., in 2011. He completed this research when he was a Research Associate with the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering, Imperial College London. His research interests are in the areas of data fusion, time-frequency analysis, linear algebra, complexity analysis, and wearable solutions for health monitoring.
