Behnaam Aazhang (F'99) received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, IL, USA, in 1981, 1983, and 1986, respectively. In 1986 he joined the faculty of Rice University, Houston, TX, USA, where he is now the J. S. Abercrombie Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
