Ailton Siqueira Jr
Ailton Siqueira Jr. received the BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlˆandia, Uberlˆandia, MG, Brazil, in 2005, and the MSc and PhD from the same university in 2007 and 2013, respectively. From 2015 to 2016 he held a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Computer Science, Signals and Systems Laboratory of Sophia Antipolis (I3S), University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (now member of the Universit´e C ˆote d’Azur), CNRS, France, funded by a CAPESCOFECUB French-Brazilian cooperation program. He is currently with the Instituto Federal do Triˆangulo Mineiro, Ituiutaba, MG, Brazil, where he has been a full-time professor since 2011 and the Head of the undergraduate program in Computer Science (2014–2018). His current research interests include biomedical engineering, computer systems, digital signal processing and applications on electromyography and medical instrumentation.
