IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering contains basic and applied papers dealing with biomedical engineering. Papers range from engineering development in methods and techniques with biomedical applications to experimental and clinical investigations with engineering contributions.
Shayne Morris received the M.B.A. degree from Yokohama National University, Yokohama, Japan, in 1994, and the M.D. degree in medicine from Osaka University, Suita, Japan, in 2002. He was a Ph.D. student at the Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine. He is a Neurosurgeon at Nishinomiya Prefectural Hospital, Kobe, Japan.
