IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering contains basic and applied papers dealing with biomedical engineering. Papers range from engineering development in methods and techniques with biomedical applications to experimental and clinical investigations with engineering contributions.
Miguel E. Combariza
Miguel E. Combariza (M’10) received the B.Eng. (Hons.) and Ph.D. degrees from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia, in 2009 and 2014, respectively. He is currently a Research Officer with the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of RMIT University. He has worked with the Microelectronics and Materials Technology Centre of RMIT University (now MicroNano Research Facility) since 2009, where he has developed automated electronic control systems for optical communication devices and for point-of-care health diagnostic technologies. His research interests include modeling, control systems, and microplatform development for biomedical applications. He is a Member of the IEEE.
