Michael A. Rothfuss
Michael A. Rothfuss received the B.S. degree in computer engineering and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering in 2008 and 2010, respectively, from the University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree at the University of Pittsburgh, where he is a member of the RFID Center of Excellence. His research interests include wireless power transfer for biomedical implants, implantable blood flow monitors, CMOS integrated circuits for biomedical implants, real-time location systems, and remote monitoring of bridge scour. He holds one patent for a real-time asset location tracking system and technique.
