Joonsoo Jeong
Joonsoo Jeong (GSM’12) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea, in 2009 and 2011, respectively, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and computer science.
His main research topic is development of chronic implantable electronics using a new material of liquid crystal polymer, especially for retinal prosthesis. His research interests include polymer-based microfabrication, long-term reliability of polymer encapsulation, and stretchable and deformable electronics.
Mr. Jeong received the Global Ph.D. Fellowship from the National Research Foundation of Korea for 2011–2014.
