IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering contains basic and applied papers dealing with biomedical engineering. Papers range from engineering development in methods and techniques with biomedical applications to experimental and clinical investigations with engineering contributions.
Jinyin Zhang received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in computer science from Beijing University of Astronautics and Aeronautics, Beijing, China, in 2002 and 2005, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA, in 2013. Her research interests include signal processing, machine learning and optimization with specific interests in their application to neural signal processing.
