IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Engineering contains basic and applied papers dealing with biomedical engineering. Papers range from engineering development in methods and techniques with biomedical applications to experimental and clinical investigations with engineering contributions.
Elie Bou Assi
Elie Bou Assi received his BE and ME degrees in biomedical engineering from Holy Spirit University of Kaslik in 2012 and 2014, respectively. He is currently a PhD candidate in the Polystim Neurotechnologie Laboratory, École Polytechnique de Montréal, Montréal, Québec, Canada. He is supported by a doctoral scholarship from Agence universitaire de la francophonie. His research interests cover the prediction of epileptic seizures and the localization of seizure onset zones in patients with refractory epilepsy.
