Chi-Wei Chang

Chi-Wei Chang received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering in 2008 and an M.S. degree in Biomedical Electronics and Bioinformatics in 2010 at the National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. He is currently a Ph.D. degree candidate in the Graduate Institute of Biomedical Electronics and Bioinformatics, National Taiwan University.
